A sensor node on a 2,000 mAh battery wakes once a minute: 50 ms at 10 mA to measure, then 20 ms at 20 mA to transmit, and sleeps at 5 µA otherwise. Estimate battery life. Then list what would make the real number much worse, and how you would find and fix it.
